Description
Beta-Alanine is a component of a dipeptide, carnosine. Carnosine buers a pH drop in the muscle cells which occurs upon the secretion of milk acid during any physical effort. Beta-alanine delays the sensation of fatigue and actually extends the duration of the training. The preparation contains as much as 1000 mg of beta-alanine within a single capsule!
PACKAGE: 60 caps
METHOD OF USE: 1 to 4 capsules a day, best before any physical effort. Do not exceed the recommended daily portion. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
INGREDIENTS: beta-alanine, anti-caking substance E470b, shell (gelatine, dye E171). The product may contain trace amounts of soya, wheat and nuts. Package content: 120 capsules, mass of one capsule: 1200 mg.
