How to use pro Flex: Dissolve 1 portion of 20 g (1 scoop) in 300 ml of water or juice. Consume once a day. In the event of a greater demand, e.g. during rehabilitation, after injuries, increase the consumption of the product to two portions a day, i.e. 40g.
